No!!! Once the semen has come out ';unless it is inside of your partner'; she can not get pregnant. The sperm dies alomst instantly once it is outside of the body.Is it true that if you wipe your partners ';whitestuff'; in your area with your hand you can get pregnant?

You should be careful, because sperm could swim up the vagina. By ';in your area'; I suppose you mean there.
The so called whitestuff is called Sperm its not a swear word.and if you did not know that you should not be doing it
yes, anytime that rogue sperm has any nearby contact with vaginal mucosa, the sperm can migrate its' way into the uterus and up to the fallopian tube to fertalise the waiting egg...of course that is a stretch and the woman has to be on her most optimum ovulatory time
