I think that it can. Sexual education teaches people about their body parts and how to use them. Imagine two boys, one of which has had comprehensive sexual education and knows that women's vaginas self-lubricate when aroused, and that they find much pleasure from the tiny little organ called the clitoris, as well as a cluster of nerves called the G-spot, located two or so inches in and upwards towards the belly button. The second boy knows nothing except what he's learned from the schoolyard and maybe TV- you stick it in the hole.
